During vessel’s call in Tunisia ports and following ill declaration of manifested cargo or drugs on board she may be subject of arrest by local authorities and imposed custom’s fines.

TIPIC’s mission consists in assisting Master by providing all available means and arguments in accordance with local relevant legislations in view of minimizing the fine and then releasing vessel.
