Circular of Minister of Economy and Finance

Minister of Transport and Minister of Trade and Handicrafts dated on 09 June 2014 relating to the reduction of demurrage and maxima guard tariffs imposed by goods extended stay at the ports of Tunis – Goulette – Rades :
Article. 1 : demurrage dues and maxima guard tariffs imposed by goods extended stay at the ports of Tunis – Goulette – Rades are reduced to demurrage dues and maxima guard tariffs of goods required for 4 months 15 days.
Article. 2 – the reduction stated in Article 1 of this circular shall remain applicable for a period of three months from the date of its entry into force. After this period, legal actions will be taken against goods whose owners did not proceed with their removal.
